Advertiser Policy

Effective Date: 04. March 2026

This Advertiser Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Plusclix advertising platform operated by REVBOX LTD (“Revbox”), a UK limited company. By registering for and/or using Plusclix.com (“Plusclix”), you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Scope and Application

This Policy applies to all advertisers using the Plusclix platform, whether signed up directly with Revbox, via an authorized third-party publishing or reseller partner, or under a separate Insertion Order (IO) executed between Revbox and the customer. In the case of indirect relationships or separate Insertion Orders, some provisions (e.g. billing and support terms) may not apply and may be superseded by the partner's own agreement or the terms of the Insertion Order that incorporates these terms by reference.

2. Advertiser Eligibility and Acceptance

Revbox reserves full discretion to accept or reject any advertiser signing up directly. Typically, accepted advertisers:

  • Operate as B2B technology companies.

  • Offer a serious, useful, and stable (non-beta) software product.

  • Provide a product that aligns with Plusclix’s topic-based inventory.

  • Have availability in key geographies and languages covered by Plusclix.

Revbox may remove any advertiser account or product at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Account Setup

Advertisers must provide accurate company details and authorized contact information. Access credentials are confidential and may not be shared with unauthorized third parties. Where Revbox creates an account on behalf of an advertiser and issues an invitation to access the platform, the advertiser's first login or subsequent use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this Policy in full. It is the advertiser's responsibility to ensure that the individual accepting access is authorised to bind the advertiser.

4. Auction System

Plusclix primarily operates a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising model, meaning advertisers are charged based on the clicks their ads receive. The placement and visibility of ads are determined by an Auction System.

Inventory Updates: Plusclix may add new inventory sources, domains, or page placements at any time. We endeavor to maintain topical relevance, but final decisions rest solely with Revbox. Crucially, while Plusclix facilitates bidding, Revbox does not control the final publishing environment of third-party partner sites. Revbox is not responsible for the independent editorial standards, surrounding content, or user experience on partner sites where advertisements are displayed.

5. Ad Copy and Creative Control

Revbox and their partners retain full and final editorial control over all ad content, including formatting, layout, and placement. Advertisers may submit change requests for purposes such as branding alignment or factual accuracy; however, Revbox or its partners are under no obligation to implement these changes and may approve or reject them at their sole discretion.

6. Bidding and Ranking

  • Bids are placed on a cost-per-click (CPC) basis.

  • Ad ranking is primarily based on bid amount, but context or audience relevance and other factors may be taken into account.

  • If bids are equivalent, Revbox may use alternative ranking methods or randomisation.

  • No guarantees are made regarding impressions, placement, or results. Advertisers are solely responsible for evaluating campaign ROI.

7. Click Charging Policy

We endeavor to not charge for:

  • Repeat clicks from the same user on the same product in the same inventory within a 30-minute session.

Bot activity is filtered using industry-standard tools, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

8. Budgets

  • Monthly budgets can be set and modified by advertisers. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to monitor and manage budgets according to their needs, unless explicitly agreed in writing that Revbox will manage budgets on the advertiser’s behalf.

  • Budgets serve as soft caps; they may be slightly exceeded before auto-pause.

  • Campaigns resume automatically at the start of the next calendar month.

  • Minimum monthly budgets may apply and are subject to change.

9. Managed Campaign Services

Where an advertiser instructs Revbox in writing (including by email) to manage campaign activity on their behalf, Revbox and its authorised account managers may take actions within the scope of those instructions, including adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting. Such instructions constitute the advertiser's authorisation for Revbox to act on their account. Revbox will endeavour to act within the agreed remit but the advertiser remains solely responsible for all spend incurred and campaign outcomes. The advertiser may update or revoke these instructions at any time in writing, with changes taking effect within a reasonable operational timeframe.

10. Credit System

  • Credits can be purchased via the platform, directly from authorised Revbox representatives or through authorized partners.

  • Credits are non-refundable and expire 12 months after issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds, if any, are at Revbox's sole discretion.

  • Regardless of the currency in which credits are purchased, credits are converted to their USD equivalent using the exchange rate published by the European Central Bank at the time of purchase.

11. Billing and Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued in USD.

  • Payment methods include bank transfer, Stripe, or other supported methods.

  • VAT is applied where applicable.

  • Disputes must be raised within 14 days of invoice issuance

  • Advertisers may fund their account via credit card or invoice. Auto-top-up rules may apply, automatically recharging selected amounts when the balance falls below a set threshold.

12. External Payment Channels

Where an advertiser's payments are processed through an external platform or partner channel (such as an affiliate network, media buying platform, or other third-party payment facilitator), the following terms apply:

  • The use of an external payment channel does not alter the advertiser's obligations under this Policy. All provisions relating to campaign operations, bidding, click charging, budgets, credits, reporting, and conduct continue to apply in full.

  • This Policy governs the advertising relationship between the advertiser and Revbox. Any separate agreement between the advertiser and the external payment channel governs only the payment facilitation. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the terms of the external payment channel on any matter relating to campaign operations on Plusclix, this Policy prevails.

  • Credits are applied to the advertiser's Plusclix account upon confirmation of payment through the external channel. The credit terms set out in Section 10 of this Policy (including expiry, non-refundability, and currency conversion) apply regardless of the payment method or channel used.

  • Revbox is not responsible for any fees, delays, disputes, or service failures arising from the external payment channel. Any issues relating to the processing of payments through the external channel are to be resolved between the advertiser and the payment channel provider.

  • Plusclix reporting (including clicks, impressions, and spend) is the authoritative record for campaign performance. Where the external payment channel maintains its own reporting, Plusclix data takes precedence in the event of any discrepancy.

13. Campaign Controls and Termination

  • Campaigns may also be paused or cancelled by advertisers via support request.

  • Requests may take several hours during business hours and longer outside of them. Following cancellation:

  • All outstanding balances become immediately due.

  • Any remaining credit balances are forfeited and are non-refundable.

Revbox may suspend or terminate any campaign or account:

  • For violations of this Policy.

  • For underperformance or technical issues.

  • For non-payment.

  • Or for any other reason, at its sole discretion.

14. Reporting and Forecasts

  • Daily performance metrics include clicks, impressions and CPC.

  • Forecasts (e.g., expected clicks or spend) may be shown, but they are illustrative only and not guaranteed.

  • Tracking may include UTM parameters and third-party analytics. Due to different methodologies employed this may differ from third-party analytics solutions.

15. Support

Advertisers may contact support via email or, if available, the platform’s helpdesk facilities.

16. System Availability and Maintenance

Plusclix may occasionally be unavailable for scheduled or emergency maintenance. Revbox does not guarantee uninterrupted access or platform uptime and is not liable for downtime or related disruptions.

17. Compliance and Legal Use

Advertisers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: fraudulent claims, illegal services, misleading or deceptive offers, and content that violates intellectual property rights.

18. Feedback and Brand Use

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to Revbox by advertisers may be used by Revbox without obligation or compensation.

Advertisers advertising on Plusclix grant Revbox a non-exclusive license to use their logos and public brandmarks in marketing materials and the context of customer showcases. Advertisers who do not wish for their logos and/or brandmarks to be featured in such a manner can opt-out by sending a written opt-out to notice Revbox.

19. Limitation of Liability

Revbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

For advertisers contracted with Revbox, total liability under this Policy shall be limited to the total amount actually paid to Revbox by the advertiser in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Assignment and Transfer

REVBOX LTD may assign or transfer this Policy and all rights, obligations, and client relationships established under it, without the prior written consent of the Advertiser, in connection with any merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of all or substantially all of its assets, or other transfer of its operations, including but not limited to any migration of the Revbox operating entity from one country to another. The Advertiser agrees that continued use of the Plusclix platform following notice of such assignment or transfer constitutes the Advertiser's acceptance of the assignment to the new entity.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by English law and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.

22. Changes to this Policy

Revbox may update this Policy at any time. Where changes materially alter the nature of the services or your commercial relationship with Revbox, we aim to provide prior notice through appropriate channels, such as email or a platform message. Minor changes or clarifications may be made by updating the Policy on our website without direct individual notice. We encourage you to review the current Policy periodically, as your continued use of Plusclix after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
